Thank you for your interest in joining CW Rugby. Registration for all programs is managed through our online registration platforms.

Changes for the new season

Similar to recent seasons, the registration process will be two step, with club registration and dues done via TeamSnap, and BCRU/RC registration done through PlayHQ, a new system that replaces SportLomo. Players and members who have used SportLomo in the past will be able to recover their prior registration records in the new PlayHQ system.

To complete full registration, first find the relevant TeamSnap registration link in the table below, complete the registration form (it's shorter this year) for club registration and dues. Then use the PlayHQ link to register with BCRU and RC.

1. Club sign-up (TeamSnap)

This birth year chart tells which TeamSnap registration link to use for the CW club registration. Use the button to the right to launch the registration form in a new tab/window.

2. BCRU sign-up (PlayHQ)

Returning registrants will notice that SportLomo has been replaced with PlayHQ. The very first step is to create an account in PlayHQ. Please use the same email id you used with SportLomo in the past.

By using same email id, and carefully entering your personal details (i.e., name and birthdate) will allow PlayHQ to match you to your prior registration history, which has been migrated from SportLomo.
